A credit score of 500+:
A credit score of 500-599 will qualify the applicant under the condition that the applicant pays a security deposit equal to two month's rent - $1,500.00
A credit score of 600+ will qualify the applicant under the condition that the applicant pays a security deposit equal to one month's rent - $750.00
A gross monthly income of 3x the monthly rent:
Verifiable income before taxes or deductions are taken out must be $2,250.00/mo+. This can be verified through the application process by submitting pay stubs or W2 tax papers.
